Going Home

Our upmarket beautifully furnished and decorated cluster home boasts three bedrooms with magnificent views on the stunning landscaped garden, one of them a hugely expansive family suite upstairs with a kingsize extra length bed as well as a single bed, a cosy fireplace, very extensive solid wood cupboards, gorgeous rustic high wooden ceilings, a lovely wooden glass stack sliding door that leads onto a wooden balcony, a full en suite bathroom with a huge stone bath, an extra big shower, and twin stone basins;  the second bedroom the size of a main bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined to make a kingsize bed), lots of cupboard space and en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin;  the third bedroom with a double bed and more than enough closet space with a bathroom (not en suite) that has a bath, toilet and basin.

  The very extensive kitchen is solid kiaat wood with beautiful clean granite tops, double level open plan kitchen tops opening onto the living area with bar stools, allowing for easy entertainment of guests.  The appliances are topnotch and include a double door AEG fridge freezer, a Whirlpool large glass hob and extractor fan with a convection oven, a built in microwave convection oven to match, a washing machine and dishwasher, a huge grocery cupboard, double sink, and absolutely everything you will need for cooking, braaiing and entertaining.  Almost a guarantee that this kitchen will be better equipped and more home than even your own home!
 
The living area is very roomy and has huge flop down couches, two of them leather, a 50" HD TV and DSTV, a large and effective fireplace, a kiaat diningroom table and chairs and a beautiful rustic wooden ceiling.  

This leads out through a stately wooden glass stack sliding door onto a lovely sandstone verandah and an exquisite well established private walled in landscaped garden with a substantial  collection of beautiful cycads and aloes, and a thatched swing for shade and a haven from which to view the garden.  

To add to your outdoor comfort living, there is a lovely thatched lapa that also presents a wonderful view on the garden and has a cosy rustic sitting area with large lie down couches for real relaxation!  There is a weber braai for the use of our guests/tenants.

Security is topnotch and over the top for the area and the complex, with Trellidor security gates on every sliding door and normal door, extra strength burglar bars on every window (including the non opening ones), a high wall around the perimeter of the property, two access control gates at the entrance of the complex and electric fencing on top of built up brick walls around the whole complex.  (You will have your best sleep here, we promise you that!😉)  In the 24 years that we have owned the property we have never had an incident of crime there.

We welcome pets and have ensured that they are safe and comfortable with our built up walls and spacious private garden that is not accessible to the public.

To facilitate your corporate and communication needs and to allow for office work in the comfort of your home, Going Home has uncapped unthrottled Wi-Fi included the rates.

Going Home is in a very quiet area, but is at the same time very centrally situated with the Gautrain station, the Centurion Mall and Supersport Park cricket stadium a two or three minute drive away, and Unitas Hospital also very close by.  The major highways (N1, Ben Schoeman, N14) are in close proximity with quick access to Pretoria (central and eastern suburbs), Midrand, Johannesburg and Krugersdorp.
